01 / ABOUT THE PLACE
Browsing the menu at Tairyoudonya in Nihonbashi-Kayabacho reveals a dizzying variety of raw seafood rice bowls centered on tuna and salmon. Standout selections include the namesake Kayabacho Don, topped with tuna, salmon, squid, and negitoro (minced tuna with green onion), as well as the Otaru Don, laden with red shrimp, sea urchin, and salmon roe. Salmon enthusiasts can order the Salmon All-Stars Don, which layers grilled salmon, diced salmon cuts, salmon negitoro, and salmon roe for a comprehensive taste of the fish in multiple preparations.
Beyond traditional seafood bowls, the shop offers an array of vegetable-forward poke bowls. Built on a base of mixed baby greens, avocado, cucumber, tamagoyaki omelet, fried onions, and savory poke sauce, combinations like the Tuna & Negitoro Poke Don or salmon paired with flounder fin (engawa) provide a crisp, refreshing profile. Assorted nigiri sushi platters and daily seafood soups are also available to round out the meal.
The shop operates primarily for takeout and delivery. Its extended schedule is especially convenient, serving through the lunch hours and reopening from 16:00 until 24:00 late at night on most days. Payment via QR code services including PayPay and Rakuten Pay is supported.
